Shipping
Handling Time
We ship out packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order on or after Friday, it will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest. With all shipments, we try to ship them as quickly as possible, but handling time may be between 3-5 days, depending on our volume.
Shipping Options
At checkout, you will see a variety of shipping options available, as well as an option for in-store pickup. Please note that our Standard Handling Time of 1-5 Business Days applies to all shipping options. Both USPS and UPS are experiencing an increased volume of shipments due to COVID-19 and their shipping times may be longer than expected.
In-Store Pickup: We are happy to offer in-store pickup for customers in the Traverse City area. Place your order and call us during our business hours at (231)486-6805 to schedule a pick-up time. If you would like to contact us outside of business hours, please email customerservice.eleven@gmail.com and include your name, preferred phone number, and order number. In-Store Pickups must be completed within a week of purchase.
USPS Priority Mail: Shipping in 1-3 Business Days (after Handling Time.) For this option, we charge a flat fee of $10.00.
UPS 3 Day Select: Shipping within 3 Business Days within the continental United States (after Handling Time). This does not included Saturday delivery, so please take that into account when selecting this option. For this option, we charge a flat fee of $12.00.
UPS Ground Shipping: Shipping within 1-5 Business Days within the continental United States (after our Handling Time). This does not included Saturday delivery, so please take that into account when selecting this option. For this option, we charge a flat fee of $8.00.
Return Policy
General Return Policies
All returned items must be new and unworn and in their original condition. All original tags must be included and attached and the item must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, inclusion of all original tags, spare buttons or threads, and/or shoe boxes.
Magnolia Pearl is eligible for store credit only. Due to the unique nature of the items and brand policies, we are not able to issue refunds to cash or credit for Magnolia Pearl. Please be mindful of this policy when placing an order for Magnolia Pearl.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Clearance items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Exchanges, store credits, and refunds will not be issued for clearance items. If an item marked as Final Sale is shipped back to us without Return Authorization, we will not issue a refund or store credit and will not ship the item back to you. For this reason, please contact us before attempting to make a return.
Online Returns
Before beginning the return process, we ask that you contact us at our customer care email address or via the phone so that we can confirm that your order is eligible for returns. To begin the process of making a return, please email us at eleventheshop@gmail.com.
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. This means that the package containing your return to us must be postmarked with a date within that return window. We do not provide shipping labels for returns. All other returns will not be processed for exchange, store credit, or a refund.
We cannot guarantee that we will approve all returns sent back to us. The approval of a return is at the discretion of our management team. In addition to being returned within the appropriate time window, all items must be in new and unworn condition with their original price tags attached. If we have reasonable belief that an item has been used, washed, worn, or had its original condition otherwise altered, we reserve the right to reject a return. The item in question will not be sent back to you and a return will not be issued.
If your return is approved, it will be processed within seven (7) business days and refunded to your original form of payment. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Please note that if we observe an unusually high number of returns for a single customer, we may have to place limitations on that customers returns. In place of refunds to the original form of payment, we would instead offer store credit for that customer going forward.
In-Store Returns
Purchases made in person may be returned or exchanged within 3 days for a full refund or within 10 days for store credit. After 10 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you paid with cash or check, your return will be for store credit even if it is made within 3 days. Cash refunds will not be issued at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund or a store credit. Magnolia Pearl can be returned for store credit only, even within the first 3 days.
